Job Description:

A company is looking for a Salesforce Implementation Specialist to lead and support the integration and optimization of Salesforce solutions for county government operations.



Key Responsibilities

Analyze departmental needs and configure Salesforce solutions to address operational challenges
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations and provide training
Ensure compliance with government standards and provide ongoing support and documentation for Salesforce applications


Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, particularly in government or public sector settings
Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions or similar CRM tools in a government environment
At least one relevant Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Implementation Expert)
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and third-party integrations
Familiarity with SQL, data mapping, and reporting tools such as PowerBi
