Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of People & Culture to lead and
develop strategic human resource functions in a rapidly growing
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Build and implement diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
initiatives
Manage performance management programs, including goal setting and
evaluations
Scale talent acquisition efforts and oversee onboarding
processes
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in human resources with a proven track
record in high-growth environments
Experience in designing and implementing talent acquisition and
retention initiatives
Strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a growing team
Human Resources Certification preferred
