Stable industry leader in Irvine is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for immediate hire! The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, have amazing customer service, detail oriented and well organized, and should excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented, ever-changing environment. Core qualifications include: ?2-5+ years accounts payable experience or equivalent business/accounting experience ?Strong process and controls knowledge ?Experience in ERP environment, preferably in People soft or SAP ?Excellent PC skills including intermediate Excel skills ?Excellent written and oral communication skills and customer service orientation ?Strong analytical ability and sound decision making skills ?Must be a self-starter, well-organized, detailed and results oriented ?Willing to take on new and changing responsibilities (flexible) ?Enjoys a fast-paced results-oriented multi-tasking environment where change is required quickly and "on your feet" thinking is commonplace Please attach your resume in Word format when applying for this position!
