Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Overnight Produce Team Member to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our produce department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our overnight receiving and stocking processes.Key Responsibilities

• Product Quality Control: Inspect incoming produce shipments to ensure they meet our high quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Accurately sort and scan waste, maintain production standards, and stock and clean shelves, bins, and food preparation areas.
• Receiving and Stocking: Receive and stock product from receiving locations to sales floors or back stock spaces, and aid in receiving and sorting overnight deliveries for other teams.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer needs in a timely and effective manner, and model suggestive selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment, and perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and customers.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
