Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicaid Supervisor, Operations to
oversee processing staff and ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise entry and processing staff, including hiring, training,
and performance management
Monitor workflow and production reports to ensure timely and
accurate processing
Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements and
respond to customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of two years direct supervisory experience with hiring and
firing authority
Two years experience in healthcare or a production environment
Experience in government healthcare delivery preferred
Must be located in the state of Florida
