Job Description:
A company is looking for a part-time Intake Specialist to
provide exceptional customer service and facilitate the intake
process for tele-therapy services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inside sales of tele-therapy services and complete the
intake process
Coordinate and schedule therapy appointments while providing
post-sales support
Create a positive customer experience and enhance the company's
reputation in the OCD community
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of inside sales or related experience
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly
preferred
Empathy-driven relationship building skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Technologically savvy, capable of using multiple software programs
simultaneously
