Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator to manage
the onboarding process for new clients.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the onboarding process from point of sale to
go-live date
Conduct product training sessions and customize training materials
for clients
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing ongoing
support and guidance
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS project management, onboarding,
or implementation coordination
Experience in the beauty industry preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce, GSuite, and Slack is a plus
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
