Summary: As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling
and disassembling components and products while also ensuring that
the finished products meet our quality standards. You must be able
to work in fast-paced environments and have excellent
problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have a good eye
for detail and the ability to work effectively with minimal
supervision.An assembler is primarily capable of performing
assemblies, usually putting parts together following instructions
from a blueprint or assembly manual. Assembly work is typically a
manual process. You may be putting pieces together by hand or using
various hand tools. So manual dexterity is a plus. Fine motor
control, strong hand, and eye coordination are also helpful.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Read and interpret
assembly instructions, schematics, blueprints, and diagrams -
Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and
specialized equipment - Inspect components and finished assemblies
for accuracy and quality - Align components and adjust clearances
to ensure proper fit - Utilize measuring equipment and gauges to
ensure proper assembly - Follow safety protocols at all times -
Maintain accurate inventory records - Clean and lubricate parts and
assemblies - Diagnose and troubleshoot assembly issues -
Communicate with co-workers and supervisors - Other duties as
assigned.Requirements:--- Demonstrated experience as an
Assembler--- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and
schematics--- Ability to use hand tools and power tools to assemble
parts--- Ability to lift and move heavy objects--- Ability to work
independently and in a team environment--- Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment with tight deadlines--- Ability to follow
safety protocols and procedures--- Ability to identify potential
safety hazards--- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot---
Ability to maintain accurate production records--- Ability to use
basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)--- US Person
Required
Educational Qualification: --- High school diploma or
equivalent
