Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Claims Support Specialist / Total
Loss Adjuster to manage total loss claims efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve total loss claims for both carrier-retained and
owner-retained salvage vehicles
Determine accurate vehicle valuations and negotiate settlements
with customers
Ensure compliance with state laws and assist with special projects
in the claims department
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in Auto Insurance in California
Ability to learn and understand insurance industry practices and
terminology
Must be able to pass a background check
Bilingual skills are a plus
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based systems
