Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist to manage the
contract lifecycle and support sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including vendor
and customer agreements
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and
legal requirements
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support teams to prepare and
revise contracts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field; paralegal
certificate preferred
Minimum of 2 years' experience in contract management and
drafting
Experience with Salesforce CRM platform preferred
Strong understanding of contract law and commercial contracts
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office
Suite
