Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fulfillment Underwriter (Non-QM).
Key Responsibilities
Review loan files for deficiencies and condition them
accurately
Analyze complex tax returns and run AUS and vendor software
Evaluate Non-QM loan applications for compliance with investor
guidelines
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Non-QM underwriting
Thorough knowledge of federal and state mortgage banking laws
Expertise in AUS systems and Non-QM loan products
Strong appraisal review skills
Experience with alternative income verification methods
