Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join their
dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote Scrum practices within the
team
Act as a bridge between different project teams, ensuring smooth
communication and collaboration
Identify and remove impediments that may affect the team's
productivity
Required Qualifications
Previous experience as a Senior Scrum Master in agile projects
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Solid knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps
Ability to work autonomously, managing the team and its activities
without constant supervision
Capability to work in a dynamic and multifunctional environment,
managing priorities and deadlines
