Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Program Development
Representative, a hybrid entry-level sales role focused on
educating customers about a parts ordering platform.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to educate existing customers in a
high-volume setting
Engage with customers via phone and email to provide product
information and generate signups
Research accounts and participate in outbound call campaigns to
improve solution usage
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
No outbound calling experience necessary
Strong work ethic and resilience in engaging customers
Self-motivated and results-oriented with effective organizational
skills
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
