A company is looking for a Leader - Visual/UX Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of designers and program managers, fostering
a culture of creativity and executional excellence
Own and define the end-to-end web UX strategy, ensuring the site is
visually appealing and user-friendly
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate
business strategies into intuitive digital experiences
Required Qualifications
Senior experience in UX, web design, or digital experience design,
with leadership experience
Proven experience leading high-performing design teams in an agile
environment
Expertise in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative
Suite
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and the design-to-development
process
Deep understanding of web usability, conversion optimization, and
accessibility standards
