Job Description:
A company is looking for a Closing Coordinator to join their
Customer Experience & Closing Team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service through various communication
channels
Manage a real estate closing pipeline in collaboration with Closers
and operational stakeholders
Review purchase contracts and prepare necessary documents for
closing
Required Qualifications
Extensive customer service experience in real estate
transactions
Title and escrow experience at a national scale
Proficiency with workflow tools for phone and email management
Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and multi-task
effectively
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
