A company is looking for a Compensation Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee flagship compensation programs and manage relationships
across the organization
Design and implement innovative rewards and recognition programs
based on data analysis
Educate the organization on compensation philosophy and manage job
architecture
Required Qualifications
B.A./B.S. with 6+ years of progressive compensation experience
Demonstrated expertise in job matching, equity mechanics, and
executive compensation
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced data
reporting skills
Experience with change management and creating compensation
training materials
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and self-motivate
