Key Responsibilities
Consult with borrowers to evaluate mortgage options
Manage a pipeline for both purchase and refinance loans
Utilize technology to qualify borrowers for loan programs
Required Qualifications
Recent mortgage loan origination experience (2+ years
preferred)
Active NMLS number and compliance with licensing requirements
Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
