Job Description:
A company is looking for a Public Records Specialist responsible
for processing public records related to pre-employment background
screening applications.
Key Responsibilities
Retrieve and enter information from various sources related to
applicants' histories
Review documents for accuracy in compliance with laws and
procedures
Communicate with courts to obtain additional information as
necessary
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of related work experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong familiarity with internet research
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred,
especially in Criminal Justice
Ability to work under constant deadlines
