Job Description:

A company is looking for an IT Systems Analyst - EpicCare AMB, Community Connect Team (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support and optimization of software applications, including builds and upgrades
Analyze business and clinical needs, evaluate software releases, and recommend process optimizations
Develop system test plans, perform testing of software upgrades, and manage incident and change requests

Required Qualifications

Experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
3 years of relevant experience with a degree or 5+ years without a degree
Must have current EpicCare Ambulatory application certification
Helpful but not required to have current Epic Prelude application certification
