Maintain accuracy at all times, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines. Ability to lead/sponsor accurate estimates for public sector projects. Experience HeavyBid/HCSS estimating software a big plus, estimate in the $1m-20m range and federal government project estimating experience a or similar a big plus.
