Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Access Consultant to manage
various reimbursement activities and provide exceptional customer
service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with billing, coding support, claims submission, and prior
authorization tracking
Engage with patients, providers, and internal teams to resolve
reimbursement issues and provide program support
Analyze reimbursement trends and ensure compliance with
organizational policies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED required; a two-year degree
preferred
Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in a
related field
Broad training in business administration, medical billing, or
customer service
Extensive knowledge of pharmacy operations and medical claims
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
