Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Center Analyst I.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests within SLAs,
escalating major incidents as needed
Provide technical support for network issues, devices, and
Microsoft Office applications
Assist with user access management, including multifactor
authentication and password resets
Required Qualifications
Two-year technology degree or equivalent combination of experience
and education
Experience in providing outstanding customer service
Experience in technology support or technical roles
A+ and Network+ certifications
Experience with Microsoft Office products
