Job Description:
A company is looking for a Production Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Verify job instructions and ensure accuracy of exhibits and
transcripts
Scan, upload, and assemble exhibits and transcripts for
shipment
Assist in maintaining organization and cleanliness of the
production area
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role or legal
support service
Adherence to compliance policies and HIPAA regulations
Experience in a multi-function, multi-geography environment
preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team
members
