Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Help Desk professional to
provide operational support for a Help Desk ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the use of ticketing systems and monitor Help Desk
queues
Provide end-user assistance throughout the entire lifecycle of the
ticket
Ensure timely responses to tickets in accordance with contract and
resolution timeframes
Required Qualifications
Experience providing technical assistance and support for computer
systems
Training users on basic system and computer functions
Addressing system and user issues effectively
Resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Experience with Oracle database
Required Security Clearance
DoD Secret Clearance
