• Demonstrate experience developing cost estimates, feasibility studies and specifications for broadcast satellite communications (SATCOM) applications.
• Demonstrate technical writing experience.
• Demonstrate experience with Global Broadcast Service fielding and sustainment support.
• Demonstrate experience developing logistics products including technical manuals and User Logistics Support Summaries.
