        About the Role The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President for Public Sector Sales in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives within the Public Sector Sales organization. This role demands a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in the SAAS industry, particularly within the Federal and SLED Verticals. The RVP will be tasked with inspiring the team to meet and exceed revenue goals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence, and working closely with various departments to ensure the sales organization's needs are met. A key aspect of the role is to build and execute a strategic sales plan, including a land and expand strategy, and to maintain strong relationships with customers, industry influencers, and key partners.Applicants for the RVP position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of sales leadership experience in the SAAS industry, with a proven track record in the Federal and SLED Verticals. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of the Public Sector space, capable of addressing customer challenges and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a high-energy, passionate approach to success, and a history of leading sales teams to consistently overachieve. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a process-focused mindset are essential. The RVP will be expected to manage the sales process and pipeline effectively, and to work with the team to ensure a high level of predictability and accuracy in sales projections.
