A company is looking for a Head of Lifecycle Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and delivery of CRM campaigns to enhance customer
engagement and retention
Manage a team of CRM specialists and ensure seamless integration of
CRM technology
Develop and scale segmented lifecycle programs to increase customer
lifetime value
Required Qualifications
Proven success in lifecycle marketing, preferably in a SaaS or
marketplace setting
In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms and experience managing a CRM
tech stack
Expertise in customer segmentation and data-driven marketing
strategies
Experience in customer acquisition, onboarding, retention, and
reactivation strategies
Familiarity with marketing attribution models and funnel
optimization
