Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Solutions
Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage technical relationships and serve as the primary contact for
customers and channel partners
Lead troubleshooting and technical support efforts, ensuring timely
resolution of issues
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings and
provide training to partners
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field
3+ years of experience in technical account management or support,
preferably in a SaaS or AI environment
Proficiency in technical support knowledge and experience with
business systems
Strong background in AI and SaaS solutions with a focus on
technical product integration
Experience in partner enablement and developing technical
documentation and training programs
