Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Marketing and
Communications.
Key Responsibilities
Drive execution and accountability for marketing initiatives in
partnership with the AVP of Marketing & Communications
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring collaboration
across various marketing functions
Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance brand
visibility and engagement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, PR, journalism, or
a related field
8+ years of experience in marketing/communications, with 2-3 years
in a leadership role
Healthcare experience is preferred
Corporate and agency experience is a plus
Portfolio and work samples are required
