A company is looking for an EEO Special Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Handle administrative charges before federal, state, and local
agencies
Assess and develop risk strategies, and prepare persuasive position
statements
Interact with clients regarding case developments and
strategies
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree and must be licensed to practice law in the
state of employment
10+ years of recent experience in preparing position statements
Significant management-side labor and employment experience
Superior analytical and writing skills
