Job Description:
A company is looking for an Endpoint Support Technician (Asset
Management).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the life cycle of organizational assets, including tracking,
storing, and documenting equipment and inventory
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
for personal computers and endpoint systems
Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate records in the asset
management system
Required Qualifications
High School graduate with technical training in supporting PCs
4-5 years of experience in a related role is preferred
Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
Knowledge of asset management systems and inventory software
Certification in Inventory Management and Asset Handling is
preferred
